To access your account information, tap on the 1VALET icon on the menu of the 1VALET App - located on the bottom navigation bar of the Home Screen.
Next, under the section "My Account ", tap on the little cog icon.
Under “1VALET Sign-in credentials", you’ll see an item called “Passcode”. Tap on it to change it.
You will be prompted to enter your current passcode first. This is done for security purposes and to protect your account.
Once you’ve entered your current passcode, tap on “Continue.”
Please note that changing your passcode will sign you out of the 1VALET App on all devices, including the one you are using to make the change.
This will take you to the “Change Passcode” screen. Enter a new passcode and tap on “Done.” Please take note of your new passcode.
You will then be asked to enter your new passcode and sign back into the 1VALET App.
