To ensure your records are up to date with your building, please reach out to your property manager to ensure your 1VALET account phone number is up to date.
If you need to verify what your account phone number on file with your building is, you can find this in the 1VALET app:
Tap on the circular icon in the center of the bottom tool bar.
Select "My Account".
Tap on the gear icon to view this.
Your account phone number is used for any text message verification needs (e.g. if ever needing to reset your app's passcode). If you would like to adjust the phone number you receive phone calls to instead, refer to our article here.
