To access your account information, tap on the 1VALET icon on the menu of the 1VALET App - located on the bottom navigation bar of the Home Screen.

Next, under the section "My Account ", tap on the little cog icon.

Under “Account Info,” you’ll see your email. Tap on it.

From the Contact Email screen, you’ll be able to update your email address. When you are finished, tap on the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.

Please note that if your email is also your username, this will only change your contact email on file. Your username will not change. If you want to change your username, you will need to contact 1VALET Customer Support at support@1valet.com to help you.
