To ensure your records are up to date with your building, please reach out to your property manager to ensure your 1VALET account phone number is up to date.
To access your account information, tap on the 1VALET icon on the menu of the 1VALET App - located on the bottom navigation bar of the Home Screen.
Next, under the section "My Account ", tap on the little cog icon.
Here, you'll be able to view your account phone number, change your passcode, and update your email.
If you notice incorrect information, for example, your name, account phone number, or building access setting, please contact your Property Manager.
