To access your account information, tap on the “More” menu icon of the 1VALET App - located on the bottom navigation bar of the Home Screen.
Next, look for the "Resident Profile" section and tap on the "Account info" tab.
Here, you'll be able to view your account phone number, change your passcode, update your email, and (if you scroll down) access your personal QR code for offline access to the building.
If you notice incorrect information, for example, your name, account phone number, or building access setting, please contact your Property Manager.
