Instead of using the alphabetic directory, visitors can also call you by entering a directory code (often called a “buzzer code”) associated with your profile. You will need to provide them with this code.

To access your code, first tap on the “More” menu icon of the 1VALET App - located on the bottom navigation bar of the Home Screen.

From there, tap on your Suite number at the very top.

From the next screen, you'll be able to view your code. Once you locate it, let your guests know.

IMPORTANT: If your building also has the “call by unit” feature enabled on the Entry System, please inform your guests that you are providing them with your building code and not your unit number so that they can select the correct tab from the Entry System. Both of these tabs have a number pad and it’s important that they select the right one to start.
