Your building's 1VALET entry system has a variety of features to enhance security and convenience for residents. Read on to learn more. Please note, your building's tiles may differ based on your site's 1VALET package or preferences.
Directory Tile
The directory tile is used to get in contact with a resident within the building. This tile is primarily used by a guest, friend, or family member of a resident. To get in touch with a current resident, a guest will have three ways to choose from; the A-Z tab, the Code # tab, or the Suite tab.
A-Z: This is where the full list of current residents will reside. A guest must simply find the name of the resident they are looking for by using the scroll, or the smart search bar.
For residents: If you would like to remove your name from this list or change the way your name appears, please contact your Property Management team, 1VALET team does not have the authority to change or edit names on this list.Code #: This is another method where that a guest can use to call the resident, in this case resident will need to provide their unique buzzer code to their guest.
For Residents: If you are unsure of your buzzer code, please see Where can I find my buzzer code for additional assistance.
Suite: This tab is mostly used for guests who aren't sure how they are trying to call, calling the suite will call 1 resident residing within the suite, also known as the Call-by Recipient
Important Note for Residents:
To be shown on this list you must be residing in the building and be added by your building's Property Management team.
The default naming convention for all will always be LastName, First Letter of the FristName (Ie. Smith, J). If you would like this to be changed or your name to be removed, please get in touch with your Property Management team.
1VALET does not have the authority or the ability to add or change your name within the directory list.
