To hide your name from the building directory, you’ll need to contact your Property Manager. They will be able to do this through the management portal. If you choose to hide your name from the building directory, please remember that you will need to provide your guests with your directory (buzzer) code so that they can call you from the Entry System.

To access your code, first tap on the “More” menu icon of the 1VALET App - located on the bottom navigation bar of the Home Screen.

Next, at the top of the menu, tap on your Suite number.

From the next screen, you'll be able to view your code.
