Your digital door keys, along with the rest of the 1VALET building access features, will become available automatically on your 1VALET Resident App on your move-in date. You will be notified of this change on the app's Home screen.

If you have already moved in and are still not seeing digital door keys, please contact your Property Manager to ensure your information has been updated.
