1VALET will automatically send a copy of your receipt to the email address you've indicated on the 1VALET App. Check your account information to see if you have an email on file, and if it has been entered correctly. If you do not have an email on file, or if it has been entered incorrectly, you may need to contact your Property Manager to add one to your account profile.

If you didn’t receive a receipt in your email, you can always get a copy of it from the Payment History section in the app by tapping “view receipt” on the payment in question.
