How to set up and use 1VALET Virtual Lockers

Does your on-site team receive parcels and hold them for residents? 1VALET Virtual Lockers are here to simplify this workflow.

Staff members can add deliveries to the Virtual Locker. This automatically informs the residents of those suites that a delivery is ready for pickup. A followup notification is also sent if a delivery is not picked up for more than 24 hours.

Once a resident comes down to pick up the delivery the staff member can mark the delivery as retrieved. The history of deliveries and retrievals is available for reference.

Virtual Locker guide:

To add deliveries navigate to the Smart Lockers section and press the "Add Delivery" button.

Add all of the suites that got deliveries in this batch and confirm.

A virtual locker compartment is created for each delivery. Residents of each of these suites get a notification as a result.

Once a resident comes down to pick up a delivery you can mark the delivery as retrieved. This makes the compartment disappear. Additionally, if a pickup is overdue you can also send a manual reminder to the resident here.

Near the Add Delivery button there is the Delivery Information widget. It can be used to see the history of deliveries and retrievals.
